Our program is designed for elementary school students, grades 3 and up. We make exceptions for 2nd grade students who have siblings in the program.
Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend classes with their children. This creates a supportive learning environment and allows families to learn together.
Classes meet twice per week, with each session lasting one hour. This schedule provides consistent learning while accommodating busy family schedules.
Students are encouraged to practice 10-15 minutes each day. This includes finger exercises, tablature reading, and reviewing songs learned in class.
Yes! Students participate in weekly in-class performances and two public concerts per semester, showcasing their progress to the school community and families.
Absolutely! All instruction is provided in both English and Spanish, making the program accessible to diverse families and promoting cultural appreciation.
